Jeff Nydegger

Jeff Nydegger is the co-founder of Kendall Partners Ltd. He and Kevin Hansen started the company in May of 2007 as a real estate investment company specializing in residential short sales and property rehabbing. Jeff was born and raised in small town Iowa where his parents still live today. In 2001, he left to Washington State to serve his country in the United States Army. In 2002, Jeff married Sarah Hansen of Blue Springs, Missouri. From 2003 to 2005, Jeff was deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and then to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom where he served as a Staff Sergeant (E-6) and a Construction Supervisor. Jeff enjoys woodworking and building, playing sports and spending time with family and friends. Most of all Jeff remains grateful to the Lord Jesus Christ, who continues to teach him step-by-step what it means to follow him with a genuine heart. Jeff, Sarah and their three children Ayden, Olivia and Autumn currently reside in Yorkville, IL.

Kevin Hansen

Kevin Hansen is the co-founder of Kendall Partners Ltd. He and Jeff Nydegger started the company in May of 2007 as a real estate investment company specializing in residential short sales and property rehabbing. Many positive events in his life led him to this opportunity of business ownership and the challenging game of real estate. Growing up, Kevin learned his work ethic from his parents and spent most of his summers mowing lawns and getting a taste of the entrepreneurial spirit. After graduating valedictorian from Aurora Christian High School in 1997, Kevin spent two years at the Word of Life Bible Institute in upstate New York. He then returned to the Aurora area and completed his bachelor’s degree in Business from Aurora University, graduating Summa Cum Laude in March of 2003. He spent his next years working as Project Manager and Operations Manager for Spectrum Restoration Services, also in Aurora. Some of his duties there included project cost estimating, project management, inventory and fleet management, quality control, and working with many management companies and owners in the multi-family housing and insurance industries. Kevin considers it a huge privilege and blessing to be a business owner and is thankful to his wife, Rachel, his family members, and his friends for their encouragement, but most of all to his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! Kevin, Rachel, and their four children, Kate, Emma, Ava and Jack currently live in Oswego, IL.
